You can cancel your order online within 1 hour and once the cancellation is approved, we will refund the amount within 7 working days and the same will reflect in your account, based on the policy followed by your payment service provider. Please note that cancellation cannot be done after 1 hour from order placement. In case library membership is terminated for any reason, there will be no pro-rata refund of registration and security deposit amounts. Refund is not possible under any other circumstances.
